At Home Core Workout

I have been listening to you guys as a couple of you have requested more core and abs workouts, I realized that I have been recommending you to do some core at the end of the HIIT Workouts that I have been doing and providing recently. It is important that you’re not always doing the same things to prevent boredom.

I did this core workout this past Sunday, I actually do different core workouts at the end of each HIIT Workout that I do, but I just don’t record it, which is my mistake because I should be trying to consistently give you something to work on and try to achieve your fitness goals. I hope you enjoy this burn only requiring a towel.

Muscles Worked

  • Abdominals

Equipment Required

  • Mat/Towel or both

The HIIT Workout

The Core Workout

Sets: 1-3

Reps: 30 seconds per exercise

Rest: 30 seconds per exercise/set

  1. Flutter Kicks
  2. Ankle Taps
  3. Knee Touch Crunches
  4. Plank

Conclusion

I honestly hope that I help you achieve your goals, please understand that just you can build abs like any other muscle, but to reveal the muscle you need to lose fat and sadly you cannot choose what area you lose fat in because your body genetically chooses that. You have to consistently be in a caloric deficit to lose fat and only then you will be able to reveal your abs. If you keep training them, once you get your body fat percentage low enough to reveal them, you will be grateful that you ever did the core workouts.
