As I type this out, I am actually preparing to go back to Port Elizabeth, to go back to work next week. It has been great having a routine at home and developing new habits to take back. While I have been in East London, I have managed to keep to routine, train as often as possible and lean out in my body.

Equipment Required

  • Dumbbells
  • Mat
  • Towel

The Leg Workout

Duration: 15-20 minutes

Sets: 3-4

Reps: 30 seconds per exercise

Rest: 30 seconds per exercise

  1. DB Front Squats
  2. DB Romanian Deadlifts
  3. DB Reverse Lunges
  4. DB Calf Raises

This is very intense to start with and even once you get into the rhythm of it, try to increase the number of sets you do as it will mean that you’re always challenge yourself and pushing your body to the limit.
