In the spirit of Valentine’s Day, it may be great to focus on how fitness can make you a more attractive partner.
Whether you’re single or engaged to be married or even married for years, you should never stop working to be more attractive to your partner am I right?
You must be at your best for yourself first when you’re at your youth, but as you get older it may become more difficult but it should be a continuous effort. This will naturally make you an attractive partner and fitness can help you with that.
I will look at all ways whether you are single or in a long-term relationship with all aspects that lead to fitness, being your mindset, training and nutrition.
Mental Benefits of Exercise and Healthy Nutrition
1. More Commitment and Discipline
Commitment is also the dedication to a cause and having it for your fitness program can translate to some aspects of your relationship with your potential life partner.
When you have a workout routine that you follow every week, you make a commitment that no matter what you will stick that plan. Following it on consistent basis, even on bad days is a result of discipline
Being committed and disciplined in one thing, like many things in life, can translate to other spheres of your life. When you’ve made plans with your potential life partner, you’re more likely to not let them down.
You can also have the discipline to be good and honest to them even on bad days because you have managed to be able to have this in your fitness life.
2. Reduced Stress and Anxiety
Stress is the feeling of emotional or physical tension and anxiety is the response to the stress. The stress becomes out of proportion to the impact of what’s caused it, when it’s anxiety. You will also not be able to set it aside and may need help with it.
Stress and anxiety in an interaction or relationship can make for an uncomfortable conversation or an argument that doesn’t add value to the relationship or is actually a result of your personal stress.
Exercise relieves you of stress as result of endorphins (feel-good hormones) that are released during and after exercise. The food that you eat helps with energy and improves your sleeping abilities. Improved energy and sleeps helps relieve you of stress and anxiety.
When you feel good, you do good, which your potential life partner will love about you.
3. Boost Self-Esteem and Confidence
The way you perceive your worth and personal value is your self-esteem. Confidence is the belief in ones ability to do something, this is a result of skills and experience earned.
Your confidence usually improves as a result of achievements in something.
Achieving anything in your training and/or nutrition plan boosts your confidence. You start to believe in yourself and your abilities in things that you perceived difficult to do before.
You carry your confidence wherever you go and everybody loves a person with confidence. It will be seen right from the way that you walk.
Physical Benefits of Exercise and Healthy Nutrition
1. Improved Physique
Your physique is the way your body looks in terms of its form, size and how it has developed.
When you exercise and eat nutritious food regularly, your physique will start to look better in terms of its composition. You will start reducing body fat or even build muscle that makes you look more like a fitness model.
Let’s be honest in that a person gets attracted to the way that you look before they interact with you. Having an attractive physique will increase the chances of this happening.
2. Health is Wealth
This phrase emphasizes the value of health in overall well-being and how it can lead to a feeling of abundance in your life. It encompasses your mental, physical, social and spiritual well-being.
When you focus on fitness being a priority through training and nutrition, it will help you achieve the mental and physical aspects of this wealth and feeling of abundance.
People who live an abundant life tend to be more liked. Their energy is infectious and can make others happy or work towards and abundant life.
This is a highly attractive trait and can be boosted when you make your health and fitness a priority.
3. Improved Strength
Being strong is the ability to resist more physical force or pressure placed on you. Having more force being placed on you maybe through a heavy lifting or high intensity job does this.
It will also come as a result of you lifting heavy weights at the gym.
This improved strength makes you a reliable person when it comes to having to lift heavy things. Let’s say when someone is moving out or needs a strong hand in the house, you can be the first to call because of your strength.
These days, no matter if you’re a man or woman, strong is the new sexy. Make fitness help you become a more attractive partner as this improved strength can help you become more creative in the bedroom too.
4. Improved Quality of Sleep
The quality of sleep is based on the amount of restlessness you have during the night. The moments you have of waking up during the night too.
It is not nice sleeping next to someone that makes it uncomfortable for you to have a good nights rest because of their arm being in your face in the middle of the night or they’re always waking up during the night.
Exercise and healthy nutrition helps improve your quality of sleep so that you can get at least 7 hours of sleep and are not restless during the night.
