First of all I found that the FREE 4-Week Fitness Plan was thoroughly thought out – It specifically catered to my fitness levels, the availability of equipment (or lack thereof) and my body target areas.

I approached Oyisa with the goal of wanting to tone my lower body, specifically my thighs – to change the way I eat to match the body that I wanted but with the overall idea of wanting to tone my body, not necessarily lose weight and I achieved that.

I don’t keep track of my progress by means of a scale but I go by what I see in the mirror – my stomach and thighs have gotten firmer, which I’m very pleased with, as these are my target areas as I gain my weight predominantly on my lower body.
