The FAT Methodology

The FAT Methodology is the new fitness program that has been created by Oyisa Hackula for guys looking to lose fat and/or build muscle while balancing their work, studying and training like he has been doing for the past 2 years ever since he started working permanently. He’s had to alternate in the number of training days he has during week, how he trains and how long he trains for.
