5-Day Workout Routine
A 5-Day Workout Routine consisting of 6 workouts for Arms, Back, Chest, Legs and Abdominal muscle groups which spans across the week for a complete high-intenstity routine which ideally should be done for a minimum of 4 weeks to start seeing results!
